“Be close to nature" is TA+d's brand philosophy. Founded in 2015, TA+d strives to bring nature into daily life by incorporating natural elements and materials into its designs. TA+d persists in using natural composite materials like bamboo, stone, leather, and metal, not just by paying attention to their every single detail, but also by focusing on 5 core values when considering them for design: aesthetics, element, function, communication, and emotion.
Today, the company has 5 main series of products: writing instruments, desktop accessories, personal belongings, notebooks, and earphones.
Over the years, TA+d has received international recognition as well as multiple design awards, including the Red Dot Design Award, Good Design Award (Japan), IDEA Outstanding Award in Industrial Design (United States), and the Golden Pin Design Award (Taiwan).
